Enforce PCM

"Waste of time.... Can't login when you really need too... Just spins a circle and does nothing!! It knows the password is correct as the wrong one says it's wrong. It's like this company doesn't want any money!!"

"Ap didn't work, try to log in and says I'm not am active user, try and register and it says I'm already a user..."

"Doesn't work. You go to sign up and after you put all your details it you get stuck at the verify email address screen; not matter how many times you enter the verification code the app can't progress past that screen."

"App is easy to use. You download the app, register and then wait for PCM to contact you so you can complete the form. Once registered you can submit photos online. App could be better if the outcome was updated in the App (e.g. pcn issued or photos insufficient)"

"To use this app, you must register and then wait to get a form via email to verify your ID and once this is approved, only then can you start to use this app. This process needs to be put on the front page of the app to stop people giving such negative feedback. Once registered and approved, you can use the app as shown in the pictures listed on the app description"
